Know Who's Ready to Buy — Before They Call.

Most analytics count visitors. YachtOne tells you who they are and which boats they keep coming back to — so the moment a buyer heats up, the right broker is already reaching out with the right listing.

Questions

Everything Else You Might Ask.

How is this different from Google Analytics?

Google Analytics tells you how many people came, roughly where from, and which pages did well. It is a crowd counter — and by design it will never tell you who anybody was. That is fine for a magazine. It is close to useless for a business where one buyer is worth six figures in commission.

This tells you which people came. You see an individual visitor, the boats they opened, how long they spent, and how many times they came back to one of them. And the moment they identify themselves, that whole history stops being a session and becomes part of a person's record.

That is the part Google Analytics structurally cannot do: it has no idea your contacts exist. Here the browsing history attaches to the contact and the boat in your CRM and stays there — so in two years, when that buyer finally calls, the broker picking up the phone can see everything they ever looked at.

How do you know a visitor's name?

We do not, until they tell us. Everyone arrives anonymous: you can see what they looked at, not who they are. They become a name the moment they do something that gives us one — fill in a form, hand their details to the concierge, register for a guest account, or get matched up by one of your brokers.

At that point their whole earlier browsing history joins onto the contact, and that is the part brokers find uncanny: you can see the six weeks of looking that happened before the enquiry ever landed. Until then it is an anonymous visitor, exactly as you would expect.

What makes a lead show up as hot?

Coming back. A visitor who returns to the same boat again and again, lingers on it, and works through the specs is telling you something a pageview count never will. Those visitors rise to the top so a broker can reach out while the interest is live rather than a fortnight later.

Will it slow our website down?

No. The tracking is deliberately light — it is built for a site that has to load fast on a phone at a marina, not a marketing stack that adds a second to every page.

Does it work on a website you did not build?

Yes. It is included from the Website + CRM plan upward, and it can be added to the site you already have.
