Deal Pipeline

Every Deal, From Lead to Closed.

Separate buyer and seller pipelines with stages you define — Lead, Qualification, Showing & Sea Trial, Offer, and on to close. Deals start themselves from new inquiries, carry the boat and contact with them, and show live pipeline value at a glance.

  • Buyer & seller pipelines, your own stages
  • Deals auto-created from inquiries
  • Live pipeline value & deal counts

Know Every Buyer

Walk In Knowing What They Want.

Every contact is a full profile, not just a name. See the exact boats they've viewed, the pages they browsed, where they are, and how they found you — so your brokers open the conversation already knowing the buyer.

  • Boats viewed & pages browsed, per contact
  • Full history, notes, documents & tags
  • One click from contact to deal

Every Boat, Every Source, One Feed.

  • Blend manual + Boats Group + MLS into one feed
  • Full boat editor with live website preview
  • Publish once — it's live everywhere

Everything Else You Might Ask.

We manage everything in spreadsheets and inboxes. Is a CRM really worth it?

This is the one we will push back on hardest, because the sums run the other way from how it feels. A brokerage without a CRM is not saving money — it is losing an asset it cannot see.

Every enquiry sitting in one broker's inbox, every conversation about a boat that sold three years ago, every buyer who was not ready then and is ready now: that is the most valuable data your brokerage produces, and spreadsheets and inboxes quietly destroy it. Worse, it walks out of the door when a broker does.

Once it is all in one place it stops being record-keeping and starts being leverage — which boats actually generate enquiries, which sources bring buyers rather than browsers, who has gone quiet, who is heating up, what a buyer spent six months looking at before they finally called. None of that can be reconstructed later. The cheapest day to have started keeping it was five years ago. The second cheapest is today.

Can you move our data across from what we use now?

Yes, and we do the work. An old CRM, a stack of spreadsheets, a folder of exports — bring what you have and we will get it in, mapped into real fields rather than dumped into a notes box.

If something is genuinely unusual we will talk it through first and it may cost extra, though we should say that so far we have never charged anyone for an import.

Can our brokers see each other's contacts?

No. Brokers see their own contacts, their own deals and their own leads, and nothing else. Admins see everything. Brokers also cannot delete or export the database, so nobody walks out of the door with your client list.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You take all of it with you. We export the lot — contacts, deals, notes, activity history — and there is no exit fee and no penalty. It is your data and it always was. We would rather you stayed because the product earns it.
