Guides the Discovery
Many buyers arrive unsure of what they need. The concierge asks the right questions — budget, cruising style, range — and helps them find what fits.
Buyers don't browse on your schedule. The Concierge greets every visitor the instant they arrive, knows your fleet better than anyone, answers their questions, shows them the right boats, and hands your team the ones ready to talk — every hour of every day.

The Concierge is answering real buyers on these brokerage sites right now. Open one and ask it anything.
Because buyers stopped searching. A few years of ChatGPT has retrained everyone: you describe what you are after in your own words and the answer arrives. Nobody wants to translate “something around fifty feet we could take to the Bahamas without worrying” into a length filter, a price filter and four category checkboxes — and a search page is the only thing most brokerage websites offer them.
The concierge is that experience, pointed at your brokerage. Ask it in plain English, or upload a photo of a boat you liked, and it comes back with the boats you actually have — with photos, specs and prices. It knows boats in general too, so it can help someone who does not yet know what they want, which is most of them.
The important part is what it will not do. It only ever recommends what is on your listing pages. It does not know a competitor's inventory, it will not send your visitor somewhere else, and it will not offer up a boat you do not have. It is the ChatGPT habit your buyers already have, aimed entirely at your fleet.
It is built not to. Every claim it makes about a boat — price, specs, location, availability — has to come from your live inventory during that conversation. If the data does not hold the answer, it is instructed to say so plainly and offer to put the visitor in touch with your team rather than fill the gap.
It will not stretch a near-match into a real one either. If someone asks for a feature no listing mentions, it says none of your boats mention it and offers the closest alternatives, instead of implying one might have it.
It stays on your boats, your services and your brokerage. Related ground — marine weather, financing, insurance, sea trials — is fair game because buyers genuinely ask about it, but anything off-topic gets a polite redirect back to the boats.
It says so, which is the whole trick. Then it offers the visitor a person — taking their name, email and phone mid-conversation and notifying the right broker — so an unanswered question turns into a lead instead of a dead end.
In practice it covers around 150 to 250 conversations a month. That is an average across our current clients rather than a hard line, because a handful of long, detailed conversations weigh more than a lot of quick ones.
If you are consistently busier than that we will sort out a top-up, and you would hear from us long before it turned into a surprise on a bill.
Yes. It is an add-on at $150 a month and drops into the site you already have — no rebuild and no migration.
We've built the only platform designed specifically for how yacht sales actually happen. From the moment a visitor lands on your site—they never leave your ecosystem.
